Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of General Manager (Technical) should possess Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture/ Industrial Engineeing with an ggregate of not less than 55% with relevant experience. And for the post of Management Trainee (HR) candidates should possess Graduation in any discipline with two years full time Degree or Diploma or Three years part time Post Graduate  Diploma in HRM or MBA (HR) with 60% marks from recognized University. Age Limit : Should not be below 50 years of age for General Manager (Technical) and not above 25 years of age for Mnagement Trainee (HR).
