Examination Fee: A crossed Indian Postal Order/Demand draft for Rs.40/-
towards examination Fee drawn in favour of FA & CAO, DMW/Patiala, payable at Patiala
How To Apply: The application complete in all respects along with
enclosures and two recent passport size photographs, one affixed at the top of
the application on right side self attested and one attached to the application
and also self attested photocopies of proof/ certificate of date of birth,
educational qualification and achievements in sports events should be sent by
ordinary post addressed to “Senior Personnel Officer, DMW/ Patiala – 147 003” on or before 28/10/2013. The envelope should be superscribed
as “Application for erstwhile Group ’D’ Post against Sports Quota 2013-14 in
DMW”.
